Bruce is responsible for the IHG Rewards Club brand and all member and non-member marketing programs and communications that drive brand awareness, enrolment, member engagement and advocacy for the loyalty program.
This role is tasked with developing and implementing customer marketing and contact strategies to lead high value guests into a growing relationship with and usage of IHG brands.
Previously, he led the development and delivery of the Distribution & Relationship Marketing strategy, informing and directing the global business plan.
Bruce has extensive international marketing experience and expertise, having worked in the auto, airline and tourism industries in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and the United States. He has spent the majority of his career in marketing, alliance development, business strategy & operational leadership roles at both a corporate and regional level.
